Position:                      Pilot

Type:                           Full Time

Description and Qualifications:

Aeros is seeking a pilot with experience flying fixed wing, multi-engine aircraft to be trained on all aspects of the FAA Type Certified Aeros 40D airship – systems – operations – safety and fly airships for customer support and company’s R&D programs.

The candidate will become a member of the development team of the fourth type of aircraft (Aeroscraft) and will participate in aspects of the project involving the flight deck and the total concept of operations.

CFI is preferable.

On the job training for airship rating will be provided.

Individual must be willing to work on the ground for extended periods of time.

Engineering or Mechanical experience is a plus!

Position:                      Engineers:  Mechanical, Structural, Design, Aerospace, etc.                  

Type:                           Full Time

Description:                 Aeros requires detail-oriented Mechanical/Structural or Aerospace Engineers with strong analytical skills and practical manufacturing experience to assist in the design and prototyping of a new type of aircraft.

Aeros offers competitive salaries and benefits including medical, dental, life and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications:             The individuals must:

                                    - Possess BSME, BSCE or Aerospace degree and have a minimum of 2 years experience in design of steel or aluminum structures or heavy machinery.

- Be competent to undertake subsystem and component design, create solid models and parts lists, detailed designs, estimate and track weight data, structural analysis of frames and structures, component selection, and preparation of test specifications.

- Must be able to work in a multi-national team environment, having strong communications skills and good self-motivation.  Will be required to lead small projects.

- Must be able to work with the drafting department to prepare and approve production drawings.

- Must be able to work with production engineers and technicians to resolve manufacturing discrepancies.
