Concept and Design

All construction or manufacture begins as an idea in a designer's mind. The shape and size of the object is estimated and the estimation is then put on paper as a rough sketch. These sketches and estimates are then converted into mechanical drawings in order to provide for exact specifications.

The mechanical drawings we create provide detailed and accurate representation of our design concepts through technical documentation and specification. Our solid modeling technology as well as continuous calculations and revisions yield a rigorously proven design prior to manufacture.

Stress Analysis

The use of advanced composite material and adhesive bonding in aircraft primary structures is becoming more common. Stress Analysis offers our engineers a detailed understanding of load distribution and material behavior, leading to the optimum design (testing) and manufacturing methods. Our Stress Analyst utilizes Finite Element Modeling (FEM) technique for stress analysis to obtain an accurate determination of stress levels in all components. This aids to eliminate the chance of structural failure under all foreseeable operating conditions.
