One
week ago Aeros inflated the airship Aeros 40B Serial number 19. The
production test started upon the completion of several other tests and
inspections performed to comply with applicable Worldwide Aeros Corp.
Specifications. These tests were conducted at the Site 9 hangar in
Palmdale
by
both Aeros qualified personnel and FAA inspectors and representatives.
After obtaining approval from the FAA, Aeros performed their ground test
general inspection and functions check. The airship has been fully
inspected and the ground tests have been completed.
Airworthiness Manager Raymond Murillo was very happy with the inspection
results, and submitted all applicable documents to the Aeros senior
management.
Aeros 40B-19 will begin flying to reach the next step- the Unrestricted
Airworthiness Standard Certificate, which will be issued by the FAA.
